I made two simple adjustments for right now.  I will probably change the header, but I think this looks pretty good.

Thanks for the link!  I will be playing around with it later today to make some fun changes.  I wanted to try and create a design that shares some features with the twitter layout (though definitely not too similar :P )

one thing i have been having problems with is that some of the buttons and links still have a white background though i changed the layout to the dark blue.

as far as layout goes, I will be adding some things to the improve.bricabox so check there and we can maybe discuss each of the things.
