If you know how to edit CSS, you can see the current CSS here, edit it, and paste it back in the CSS area:

There are hooks on absolutely everything in the HTML, so you can really go wild with the CSS and make it look amazing.
Also, if you can wait a bit and don’t want to/know how to edit CSS, we’ve just added an awesome designer to our team, and we’ll have more designs to one-click choose from coming in the next month.
Lastly, I’m curious about how you’d like to edit your layout. Right now you can drag and drop the blocks around, which it seems you’ve done. What else can we do for you?
