Admin Management Panel for Categories
This panel in the admin section would pull together a collection of things to do to categories such as:
* add multiple categories at once
* choose order of categories
* opt-in content count next to each category [e.g., Requests (8)]
* rename categories
* move or reassign content to categories
and maybe more? add yours in the comments!
